Billionaire Richard Branson said customers are not the most important thing to a company. Employees are. Because if you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers. Never was this more evident then in my dealings with Carol. She exemplifies what customer service is about. When I needed a wheel flare (Fender Skirt) for my 1988 Trans Van Carol was wonderful. She asked all the right questions and followed up promptly to find my part. Thank you Carol. And to her employers you should be taking this women out to dinner and the theater for how well she represents your company.
