Shipping
RVShop will ship your items in one to two business days depending on the time of day we receive the order. All items are shipped UPS, FED EX or USPS depending on the product.
Free shipping does not apply to sale or special orders items.
The cost of shipping is generated by UPS, FED EX and USPS and may not be accurate. We will check the shipping and either request more funds or refund fees prior to shipping.
Any item that exceeds UPS/FED EX size or weight limits will be shipped via freight truck. These items include but are not limited to major appliances, entry doors, awnings, and most large hitches and tow-bar assemblies including tow dollies.
UPS/FED EX shipments require a physical address, NO P.O. Boxes.
We will ship to a P.O. Box.
International Sales
Customers in certain countries (see list at check out) may pay with credit card or PayPal.
Customers in all other countries please email a list of the items you would like to purchase and your complete mailing address including phone number and we will determine the shipping fees and send an email with the total. Orders must be paid with PayPal.

Orders that are either to large or heavy to ship will be canceled and an email will be sent.

Returns & Exchanges
RVShop will gladly accept returns if you've received a damaged or defective part, the wrong item or you are not happy with the order.
The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
1. Call or email for Return Authorization.
2. Make sure your Order number and name are included inside the box.
3. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging and send to:

4. Ship UPS or FedEx. If you choose to return via US Postal Service please send with "Delivery Confirmation" and or Insurance to protect yourself. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
