The Hijacker universal sliding 5th wheel hitch is redesigned and rated at 16,000 lb. The head is adjustable in 1" increments. The short box adjustment feature allows the user to move the hitch 8" towards the tailgate for maneuvering into tight parking positions. The new side rails have less surface area friction permitting easier sliding and takeout. The Double-Pivot head allows for greater hook-up and towing capabilities. The hitch comes with all mounting hardware.
They feature an adjustment allowing you to fine tune the jaw size to eliminate slop between jaw and handle bolt. The head has height adjustments in 1" increments. Complete installation kit included (no welding required). Usually installs in less than 1 hour.
You can also upgrade any earlier Hijacker 16,000lb hitch with the Hijacker Double-Pivot Head Kit for greater hook-up and towing capabilities. Hijacker Double-Pivot Head Kit includes hitch head and pivoting saddle bracket. Simply remove four bolts on each side rail and install the pivoting saddle bracket and the hitch head. No new holes to drill!
